Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to resideline.com, the Resideline dashboard, property analysis and valuation tools, portfolio and CRM features, ARV Runner and CSV workflows, APIs, MCP services, customer support, marketing communications, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). “Resideline,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Resideline business responsible for the Services.
Property information from public records, licensed or commercial sources, listings, and user input is different from private account information. Private reports, CRM data, notes, files, and usage history are handled as described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide: account and profile details; property addresses and characteristics; comparable selections; purchase, financing, rent, expense, portfolio, pipeline, and deal assumptions; CSV rows, mortgage statements, documents, support messages, feedback, and communication preferences.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring page, pages and features used, clicks, scrolls, error and performance records, cookie identifiers, UTM values, advertising click identifiers, and conversion events.
Information from providers: Google profile information you authorize for sign in, Stripe subscription and transaction status, property and map data, and analytics or advertising measurement data.
Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full payment card details, government identification, health information, or unrelated tenant or borrower information. Stripe processes full card details; Resideline does not receive your complete card number or security code.

How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that help operate the Services, including hosting, databases, security, email, support, maps, property data, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, and document processing. They receive information for the services they perform and are subject to contractual or legal obligations.
We also disclose information to team members or recipients you choose, in a business transaction involving Resideline, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell private reports, CRM records, files, or Google profile data for money.
Google account data
If you choose Google sign in, Resideline receives the basic profile information authorized by Google, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image. We use it to create or authenticate your account and provide the Services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general purpose AI models.
You may revoke Resideline’s Google access in your Google account settings. Deleting access at Google does not automatically delete your Resideline account; contact us to request account deletion.
AI assisted and automated features
Resideline uses automated models and, for some requested features, AI assisted processing to create estimates, extract document fields, organize information, and generate product outputs. Automated estimates are not appraisals or professional advice. Private reports, CRM data, notes, and uploaded documents are not used to train general purpose AI models.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and preserve backup integrity. Retention varies by data type, account status, and legal requirements. We delete or de identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and lawful exceptions.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and notify [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; restrict or object to certain processing; or appeal a denied request. We will verify requests and may retain information where law permits.
Send requests to [email protected]. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, subject to verification.
Children and international users
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Resideline operates from the United States. If you access the Services elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, with protections required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
